דרוש: Security ERT – Emergency Response Team



The ERT TL will lead the ERT group, providing professional guidance to the team and developing relevant work processes and procedures, he will take part in daily support to ensure timely resolution of issues and quality of work/response including the ability to work with other departments to reach resolution

· At least 4 years’ experience in CRM and tickets managing

· Good understanding of network design (e.g. LAN/WAN, routing protocols, routers) and protocols (e.g., IPv4, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSec, HTTP, DNS)

· Good understanding of and experience with application security

· Experience with developing and writing work procedures and escalation process


· Ability to create and maintain knowledge base items

· Customer and service oriented

· Willing to be on alert during off-work hours

· Excellent communication skills and team work

· Good troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities
